Explore Your Authentic Presenting Style
OnCamera Studio Presenters Course is designed to develop your presenting skills and style for TV and the web. Includes interviewing rules and styles, auto cue and ‘vox pop’ techniques, plus voice.
The course covers:
Pitching styles – in and out of your safety zones
Journalistic styles and structure
Breaking through 3rd wall
Interviewing approaches and styles
Auto cue experience and technical skills
Vox Pop experience
Students share their piece to camera and receive feedback between takes (the ‘Vox-Pop’ class requires students to conduct live interviews at a selected outdoor location).
Outcomes
Improve your skill in handling presentation fears
Appropriately choose and structure your content
Valuable experience gained with time in front of camera
Scenes are recorded on your HDSD card for your showreel
Be camera ready for presenting auditions and interviews
Audition: 30 secs to 1 minute only
Presenter Course Details
Hours per week 4 every Saturday between 10am and 1pm
Total duration 4 weeks
Total tuition fee $330
Course deposit $130 non refundable to be paid on acceptance
Remaining tuition fee $50 per class paid at beginning of class each week)
